A powerful tool designed exclusively for faculty members of ULAB to automatically find common free time slots for their students, directly from the URMS portal. 📌 What's New — ULAB Free Time Finder Version 1.2.0 • Redesigned individual schedule cards — each course now shows a clean layout with course code, day chip, title, time, room, and instructor instead of a raw text dump. • Day-wise view rows now match the new cleaner course card style. Version 1.1.2 • Fixed the date field sent to URMS (was using US MM/DD/YYYY format instead of the site's expected DD/MM/YYYY), which could cause inconsistent or incomplete schedule responses. Version 1.1.1 • Made schedule scraping more robust — course rows are now detected by scanning for a time pattern anywhere in the row instead of assuming a fixed column position, fixing cases where "0 courses" was shown despite valid data being present. • Added console diagnostics to help troubleshoot any student whose schedule still can't be parsed. Version 1.1.0 • Free-time detection now only evaluates the university's 7 official class periods (8:00–9:20, 9:25–10:45, 10:50–12:10, 12:15–1:35, 1:40–3:00, 3:05–4:25, 4:30–5:50) instead of flagging short 5-minute gaps between classes as "free." • Added a configurable free-time threshold (50% / 60% / 75% / 100%, or custom) — choose what percentage of students must be free for a slot to count as available, right from the wizard. • Added a Day-wise routine view — toggle any student's schedule between the original URMS course order and a clean breakdown grouped by day (Sunday–Saturday). Version 1.0.0 • Initial release: paste a student list from a printed attendance PDF, fetch each student's registered schedule from URMS, and find common free time across the group.
