Description
Send small batches of personalized emails using mail merge templates from Google Sheets inside Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, and cPanel. Insert personalized email templates with dynamic fields into webmail interfaces using Google Sheets data and Gmail, Office 365, Zoho Mail or cPanel RoundCube emails. MergeWriter – Personalized Email at Scale Turn Google Sheets into a personalization engine for your emails. MergeWriter is a Chrome extension for sending personalized emails one at a time using data from your Google Sheet. It is built for manual outreach, small-batch sending, testing messaging, customer discovery, and relationship-based communication where accuracy and personalization matter more than volume. Instead of bulk automation, MergeWriter helps you craft thoughtful, individualized emails directly inside your webmail interface. No bulk sending. No complicated systems. Just clean, personalized outreach done one email at a time. Perfect for sales outreach, hiring, partnerships, customer success, customer discovery, event invitations, follow-ups, and testing what messaging actually works. MailChimp and other email newsletter platforms force you to update your DNS to use their system. With MergeWriter, you use your own email, sending emails directly out of your own inbox. --------------------------------------------------- NOTE: --------------------------------------------------- If you see a message that says “Proceed with caution. This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing,” it’s because MergeWriter is a new extension and requires access to supported email platforms to function correctly. The requested access is limited to Google Sheets and webmail services such as Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho Mail so the extension can open a compose window and insert your personalized data. MergeWriter does not send emails automatically. Emails are only sent when you manually review and click Send yourself. --------------------------------------------------- HOW MERGEWRITER WORKS --------------------------------------------------- Connect your Google Sheet - Link your spreadsheet containing names, companies, email addresses, or any custom fields. Create email templates - Write reusable templates using merge tags like {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{domain}}, or any column name in your sheet.
