Description
Free YouTube SEO tools: SEO Score on every video, keyword research, competitor analytics & AI titles — inside YouTube & Studio. ──────────────────────────────────────── COMMENT SENTIMENT ANALYSIS ──────────────────────────────────────── On any video page, the extension can analyze the top comments and show: • Sentiment breakdown — positive, negative, and neutral percentages with a visual bar • Top comments by likes — the most engaged-with responses Use case: Before creating a response video or follow-up, check how the audience reacted. If 80% of comments are positive, the topic resonates. If negative sentiment is high, there may be an angle competitors are missing. ──────────────────────────────────────── AI-POWERED CONTENT GENERATION ──────────────────────────────────────── Watching a video and getting inspired? Click "Generate titles" and get 5 viral title options for a similar topic — without leaving YouTube. In YouTube Studio, the AI can also: • Generate SEO-optimized descriptions based on your video title • Suggest tags by searching for related keywords automatically • Generate replies to viewer comments Content is generated by Claude (Anthropic's AI model), the same model powering ytubviral.com. Each title is: • 40–60 characters (YouTube's sweet spot for click-through rate) • Optimized with action verbs (Discover, Learn, Never, etc.) • Designed to be honest but compelling — not clickbait for its own sake Free users get 10 AI generations per month across the extension and the web app combined. Pro users get 200. Business users get unlimited. ──────────────────────────────────────── PART OF THE YTUBVIRAL ECOSYSTEM ──────────────────────────────────────── The extension is a companion to ytubviral.com — a full AI content suite for YouTube creators with 14 tools: • Full video scripts (complete scripts with intro, sections, and outro) • SEO-optimized descriptions with timestamps • Captions and hashtags for social media • Video concepts and thumbnail ideas • Hook lines for the first 15 seconds • A/B testing for titles and thumbnails • Trending video explorer with filters by country, language, duration, and category • AI Coach — a chat assistant that knows your channel and gives personalized advice • Revenue estimator, retention analyzer, and more The extension puts the most time-sensitive features (SEO scoring, keyword research, competitor data, outlier detection) right where you need them — in YouTube itself. For deeper content creation, the web app has you covered. ──────────────────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS ──────────────────────────────────────── Install the extension — click "Add to Chrome" above Connect your account — click the YTubViral icon and sign in with your ytubviral.com account. It does not run on any other website. Data the extension collects and transmits to ytubviral.com over HTTPS: • Login credentials — if you sign in via the extension popup, your email and password are sent to ytubviral.com to authenticate you. They are not stored locally; only the resulting session token is kept in chrome.storage.local. • Session-based connection (no password) — alternatively, when you are logged into ytubviral.com in your browser, the extension can obtain an authentication token from your existing ytubviral.com session over HTTPS. This lets Google sign-in users (who have no password) connect. Only the resulting token is stored in chrome.storage.local. • Authentication token — stored locally in chrome.storage.local to keep your session active. • Language preference — stored locally in chrome.storage.local ("es" or "en"). • Local usage counters — a count of how many times you've opened the scorecard, a flag for whether a review prompt has been shown, and a flag for whether you've dismissed the "connect your channel" hint — all stored only in chrome.storage.local. They never leave your device. • YouTube video IDs — when you visit a video or a Short, open YouTube Studio, or scroll past thumbnails on the homepage or search results, the extension sends video IDs to ytubviral.com to retrieve SEO scores, statistics, and views-per-hour velocity data. These are public identifiers, not private data. • YouTube search queries — when you search on YouTube, the search term is sent to ytubviral.com to return competition, opportunity scores, and related keywords. • YouTube channel identifiers — when you visit a channel page or use the competitor analysis feature, the channel URL or ID is sent to ytubviral.com to fetch public channel statistics. • YouTube Studio draft metadata — when you edit a video in YouTube Studio, the extension reads your draft title, description, and tags from the editor fields and sends them to ytubviral.com for live SEO scoring. This data is processed in real time and not stored on our servers. • Your own channel stats — the extension can display your channel's subscriber count, view count, growth trends, and a personalized best-time-to-post recommendation. This data is fetched from ytubviral.com using your authenticated session. Note: before you connect, the extension can show a full 0–100 title score (length, keywords, hook words, formatting) on video and Shorts pages. This is computed locally from the page's own title text and is never transmitted anywhere. Data the extension does NOT collect: • Your browsing history outside the three domains listed above. • Your Google account credentials or YouTube login. • Your watch history or YouTube recommendations. • Any data from websites other than youtube.com, studio.youtube.com, and ytubviral.com. On ytubviral.com itself, a minimal script (detect.js) sets a data attribute on the page so the website can detect the extension is installed (e.g., to show or hide an "Install extension" banner). In addition, if you are logged into ytubviral.com and the extension is not yet connected, this script requests an authentication token from your session over HTTPS and passes it to the extension (the session-based connection described above). It communicates only with ytubviral.com. All data is transmitted exclusively to ytubviral.com over HTTPS. No data is shared with third parties. You can delete all locally stored data by logging out from the extension popup or by uninstalling the extension. You get a full title score on any video or Short without one, but the complete SEO Score, keyword research, competitor analysis and AI tools need an account. Creating one is free and takes 30 seconds — and if you signed up with Google, the extension connects automatically when you visit ytubviral.com. Does it work on YouTube Shorts? Yes. A compact score card appears docked to the side of the screen while you watch — tap it to expand into the full breakdown, same as on regular videos. Does this work on Firefox? Not yet — Chrome and Chromium-based browsers only (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Opera) for now. Will it slow down YouTube? No. Panels only appear after the page has fully loaded, and API calls only happen when you navigate to a supported page type. Velocity badges load lazily as thumbnails scroll into view. Is the keyword data real? Yes. Stats are calculated using live data from the YouTube Data API v3 and cached for 24 hours. Can I use it on channels that aren't mine? Yes — that's the main use case. You can analyze any public YouTube channel. Does it work in YouTube Studio? Yes. SEO Score badges appear on your video list, a full analysis panel appears in the video editor AND in the upload dialog (so you optimize new videos before publishing) with live scoring and a best-time-to-post hint, and AI tools can suggest tags and generate descriptions. ──────────────────────────────────────── SUPPORT ──────────────────────────────────────── Website: https://ytubviral.com Email: hello@ytubviral.com We read every support email and typically reply within 24 hours.
