Opt-in inspect, pretty-print, and simulate network requests (REST + GraphQL). Opens from the toolbar; monitors multiple tabs. Netscope is a developer tool for inspecting and simulating network traffic — without living inside the DevTools Network tab. WHY NETSCOPE - Opens from the toolbar in its own window, so you can watch multiple tabs at once. - Opt-in by default: nothing is captured until you click Start. Pause anytime; skip specific sites. - Reads REST and GraphQL, with a clean side-by-side request/response view. INSPECT AT A GLANCE - Pretty JSON tree: collapse/expand, line numbers, type colors, inline counts. - Click any key to copy its path, or any value to copy it. - Search and filter by URL, method, status, domain, or tab. - Group requests by domain or GraphQL operation; collapse groups; hide analytics/telemetry noise. - See which browser tab each request came from. - Copy as cURL or fetch. Humanized timestamps and sizes. GRAPHQL-AWARE - Requests are labeled by operation name and type. - Query + variables shown separately; GraphQL errors surfaced even on HTTP 200. SIMULATE BEFORE THE API IS READY - Mock any REST or GraphQL response from a rule you control. - Multiple variants per rule: pick one, sequence them, or randomize. - Inject latency and network errors; merge a partial mock over the live response. - Validate responses against required fields; import rules from OpenAPI or GraphQL SDL. COMPARE & PROFILE - Diff two responses field by field. - Timeline view of response times, grouped by tab. PRIVACY - Capture is opt-in and can be paused or limited per site. - Captured data stays in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
