PropAnalytix Auto-Fill saves you from manually retyping short-term-rental market data into the PropAnalytix calculator. If you already have your own PriceLabs and/or AirDNA subscription, this extension reads the average daily rate and occupancy figures straight off the page you're viewing (while logged into your own account) and fills in the calculator's Seasonal Rates step for you — the three season rate boxes and all 12 months of occupancy — in one click. Every field stays fully editable afterward. Nothing is sent to any server — everything happens locally in your browser, and the extension only works on pages you're already logged into with your own account.
