Inspect ServiceMax & Salesforce data, metadata, and SVMX configuration directly from the Salesforce UI. ServiceMax Inspector is a productivity toolkit for ServiceMax administrators and developers working on the Salesforce platform. It runs directly inside the Salesforce UI and helps you inspect ServiceMax configuration, query and edit data, and accelerate common admin/dev workflows — without leaving the record you are working on. WHAT YOU CAN DO • ServiceMax-specific Wizards — Navigate to all wizards or object specific wizards with a single click. • ServiceMax Config Profile and Tech : Know any users Config Profile and locate Technician record link from any screen. • Find Test Records — quickly locate sample records to test ServiceMax SFMs • Profile Tester — quickly locate sample records to test ServiceMax SFMs • Review Download Criteria - Identify records that matches the download criteria of the logged in user. HOW IT WORKS ServiceMax Inspector reads your current Salesforce session cookie for the org you are already logged into. It uses that session to call the standard Salesforce REST, Tooling, and Bulk APIs on your behalf. No credentials are sent to any third-party server. All processing happens inside your browser. REQUIRES • An active login to a Salesforce org running ServiceMax. • The extension only activates on Salesforce domains (*.salesforce.com, *.force.com, *.lightning.force.com, *.visualforce.com, and Salesforce GovCloud / MCAS equivalents). OPEN SOURCE / ATTRIBUTION ServiceMax Inspector is a fork of "Salesforce Inspector Reloaded" by Thomas Prouvot, which is itself a fork of the original "Salesforce Inspector" by Soren Krabbe and Jesper Kristensen. Both upstream projects are MIT-licensed; the LICENSE and NOTICE files are bundled with the extension. This fork adds ServiceMax-specific inspectors and tooling.
