Swipe left to close, right to keep, up to save for later. A simple swiper for your open tabs. Nothing more. Swipetab shows your tabs as a deck of cards, one at a time. Swipe left to close it. Swipe right to keep it. Swipe up to save it to Chrome's Reading List and close it. Undo brings the last one back with its history intact. WHAT SWIPETAB CAN SEE Only the titles and addresses of your open tabs, so it can show them to you on a card. It does not read what is on any page. It has no access to websites, no account, no analytics, and no server. Nothing you do in Swipetab leaves your browser. Page previews are optional and off until you turn them on. With them on, Swipetab keeps a picture of each tab you look at and reads one line from a loaded page: the preview image the site itself shows when its link is shared. Those pictures stay on this device and are deleted when you turn previews off. Swipetab never switches your tabs on its own. WHAT IT DOES Each card shows the site's icon, the page title, the address, and when you last used the tab. Duplicates are flagged and come first. Tabs you haven't touched in a week are easy calls. Keyboard: left arrow closes, right arrow keeps, up arrow saves, Z undoes, Space or P jumps to the tab so you can look before you decide. Alt+P peeks at the top card and, pressed again on that tab, brings you back. Exact duplicates are addresses that match after tracking parameters, www., trailing slashes, and anchor fragments are stripped; the review lets you choose which copy to keep. Similar tabs are the same page with different settings, and they are never closed unless you tick them. The done screen lists every tab saved in the session with a button to open it. Start with this window or all windows. Pinned tabs stay out unless you include them. Sort oldest-first or in tab order. Open it from the toolbar icon or with Alt+Shift+S.
