Autofill your company logins from the RankMeTop vault. RankMeTop Vault brings your company's credential vault into the browser — sign in once, and let it handle logging into the tools your team uses every day. WHO THIS IS FOR This extension is built for RankMeTop employees. It requires a RankMeTop company account to do anything, and only pulls credentials you've already been granted access to in the RankMeTop Project Management system. KEY FEATURES • Secure sign-in — Log in with your company email and password, then verify with a code from your authenticator app (or a recovery code). Two-factor authentication is required to use the extension — if it isn't set up on your account yet, you'll be sent to RankMeTop PM to enable it first. • This site — Open the popup on any page and see instantly whether a saved login matches the current site, then autofill it with one click. A green checkmark on the toolbar icon tells you at a glance when a match is available. • Inline suggestions — On sites where a saved login is available, just click into the username or password field and a small RankMeTop suggestion appears right there, letting you fill the form without even opening the popup. • My Credentials — Browse and search every login you have access to in one place, with one-click copy for usernames and passwords — handy for logins that don't have a web page to autofill, like SFTP or server accounts. WHY IT'S SAFE TO TRUST - Credentials are stored and encrypted on RankMeTop's own backend, never inside the extension itself. - Access to each login is scoped to your role and department — the extension only ever shows what your account is already permitted to see. - Nothing is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising or tracking. - The inline suggestion feature only reads local page structure (field types, not content) to decide when to offer help — it never reads or transmits the content of the pages you visit.
