Description
Adds your company brand colors directly into the native color pickers in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Custom Color Palette for Google Workspace puts your company's brand colors right inside the color pickers you already use in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Open any fill, text, or border color menu and a Brand row appears with your colors. Click one and it applies in a single step, exactly like a built in color. WHY PEOPLE USE IT - Your brand colors are one click away, in the place you already look for colors. - No more hunting for hex codes or pasting them between documents. - Manage the palette yourself, or roll it out centrally with a managed company deployment. EDIT YOUR PALETTE ANYWHERE - Click the toolbar icon for a quick editor. Add, rename, reorder, and remove colors. Changes save automatically and show up in an open picker right away. - Undo and Redo step back through recent changes. - Pick colors visually, type a hex, or use the eyedropper to grab a color from anything on your screen. - The options page adds import and export as simple text, one color per line, so sharing a palette is copy and paste. MADE TO FEEL BUILT IN - The Brand row lives inside Google's own pickers and applies colors through Google's own controls, so results match what Google would do. - The toolbar icon paints itself with your palette's leading colors, so your brand is visible at a glance and updates when your palette does. - Light and dark appearance, or follow your system setting. - One switch turns the Brand row off when you want the stock pickers back. WORKS OFFLINE, STAYS PRIVATE - Works entirely offline on its built in palette. Organizations can deploy a managed build that pulls a central team palette. - No tracking, no analytics, no data collection. Your documents never leave your browser. - If something ever breaks, the extension tells you directly and lets you choose whether to send a report by email. Nothing is ever sent on its own. Questions or ideas? Use Send feedback in the extension. Reports go straight to the developer.
