Description
Rewrite, translate and fix grammar in any text box. Select text, click the green bubble, insert the better version. You've written the sentence. You can tell it's clumsy. Fixing it means copying it into another tab, waiting, pasting it back, and finding your place again. ParaphrasePro does it where you already are. Select the text. A small green bubble appears next to it. Click, and you get a better version with every change marked — new words in green, dropped words struck through — so you can see what it actually did before you agree to it. One click puts it in. One click puts your original back. That's the whole thing. No new tab, no losing your draft, no wondering what changed. ELEVEN WAYS TO SAY IT DIFFERENTLY Rewrite — the everyday one. Clearer and more natural, same meaning, same length. Make Formal — for the email to someone you haven't met yet. Make Fluent — smooths out the awkwardness, in whatever language you wrote in. It won't quietly turn your Spanish into English. Make Concise — shorter, by cutting whole thoughts that weren't earning their place. It never trails off mid-sentence. Expand — draws out what you already said. It won't invent a statistic to pad it. Make Engaging — livelier, without the hype and the "in today's fast-paced world". Simplify — plain words, short sentences, for the reader who's skimming. Translate — into any of 20 languages, in the register a native speaker would use. Academic — precise and hedged, for papers and reports. Summarize — the point, in complete sentences. Grammar — fixes the mistakes and leaves your voice alone. It's the one mode that won't rewrite you. Not quite right? Write your own instruction and save it as a button next to the rest. YOU DECIDE HOW MUCH CHANGES A slider runs from Minimal to Maximum — nudge a sentence, or hand the whole paragraph over. Ask for three versions and pick the one that sounds like you. Click any word for alternatives and swap it. Or freeze a word — a product name, a client, a piece of jargon — and it will survive every rewrite untouched. Undo is always one click, and it restores your text exactly. Working with a longer draft? Rewrite the whole text box at once, up to 12,000 characters. Your last 50 rewrites stay on your device, in case you want one back. WORKS IN THE BOX YOU'RE TYPING IN Any normal text box on any site — a comment field, a message, a post, a form, a rich-text editor. Including the ones tucked inside embedded frames, which is where a lot of editors live. We've tested it hands-on in X, LinkedIn and ChatGPT. One honest exception: Google Docs. It paints your document onto a canvas instead of using a text box, so there's nothing for an extension to read. No extension can help you there, and we'd rather say so than let you find out. THREE WAYS TO RUN IT Try it with no account. Demo mode does all eleven modes offline, with nothing to sign up for and no key to find. Use your own API key and it's free forever. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — including a model running locally on your own machine. You pay your provider directly; we never see a request. Or skip the key entirely. ParaphrasePro Cloud is 10,000 tokens a day free — roughly ten full rewrites, no card, not now and not later. Pro is 100,000 a day for $2.99/month, with a 14-day free trial. A token is about four characters, counted on the way out and the way back. ABOUT YOUR API KEY It stays on this device. It is never synced to your Google account and never sent to our servers. It goes to the AI provider you chose, when you ask for a rewrite, and nowhere else. If you use Cloud instead, your text goes to our server and on to the model, and we keep your account and a running daily total. That's it. No trackers, no analytics, nothing sold to anyone. The full policy is at https://paraphrase.replatform.in/privacy.html and it's short. KEYBOARD Alt+K rewrites what you've selected. Ctrl+Shift+K takes the whole text box. Ctrl+Enter inserts. Esc closes. The first three are yours to change in Settings. Alt+K rather than Cmd+K on purpose — Cmd+K is "insert link" in half the editors you use, and taking it from you would be rude. A FEW MORE THINGS The interface speaks English, हिन्दand Español. The card follows your system's dark mode. You can switch it off on any site you like, or everywhere at once. And it stays out of your way until you select something. Something broken or missing? https://paraphrase.replatform.in
