Description
AI reply drafter for UK estate agents. Drafts tailored replies to Rightmove and Zoopla buyer enquiries from your Gmail inbox. Stop typing the same property enquiry reply twenty times a day. EnquiryReplyr is a Chrome extension built for UK estate and letting agents. Open a buyer or tenant enquiry in Gmail, click the EnquiryReplyr icon, and it drafts a warm, professional reply in seconds — tailored to the exact intent you pick (book a viewing, answer a question, politely decline, chase a silent enquirer). Companion to ListingWriter — install both and your full Rightmove / Zoopla workflow is AI-assisted. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT DOES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Auto-fills the enquiry from the Gmail thread you're viewing — or paste it manually. • Six reply intents, each with its own tone and structure: — Book a viewing (proposes real time slots) — Answer a question (stays factual, admits when it doesn't know) — Already under offer (declines warmly, suggests similar) — Wrong budget / property (declines gracefully, keeps the door open) — Chase silent enquirer (friendly follow-up with a value-add) — Generic acknowledgement (warm, short, always appropriate) • Three length presets: Short (~50 words), Medium (~100), Long (~180). • One-click copy to clipboard — paste straight into your Gmail reply. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY AGENTS CHOOSE IT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✓ Saves ~3 minutes per reply. If you handle 20 enquiries a day, that's an hour back. ✓ Never invents facts. If you don't supply property context, the reply stays generic. ✓ British English by default. Warm, professional, no stilted American phrasing. ✓ CAP Code aware — avoids unverifiable claims and promises you can't keep. ✓ Runs entirely in your browser. We never see your enquiries, your API key, or your customers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PREMIUM FEATURES (£19.99 ONE-OFF) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Unlimited daily replies (free tier: 3/day). • All six intents and all three lengths unlocked. • Agent + agency signature memory — set once, informs every draft's tone. • Refine chips — one-click rewrites: Shorter, Longer, Warmer, More formal, Add a question, Remove fluff. • 3 variants at once — generate three different angles in parallel, pick the best. • Output watermark removed. No subscription. One payment, lifetime access. Payments handled securely by ExtensionPay (Stripe). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Install the extension (free). 2. Open Settings and paste your OpenAI API key. 3. Open an enquiry in Gmail. 4. Click the EnquiryReplyr icon — the enquiry auto-fills. 5. Pick intent + length → Draft reply → Copy → paste into Gmail and send. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ No backend, no analytics, no third-party sharing. Your enquiries and API key stay on your device. Data only leaves when you click Draft — and then only to OpenAI, under your own key. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO IT'S FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Estate and letting agents receiving Rightmove/Zoopla enquiries via Gmail. • Independent agencies and small offices (2–10 seats). • Anyone already using ListingWriter — this is the other half of the workflow. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SUPPORT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Questions or feedback: jorgecamposphd@gmail.com
