Select a keyword or a domain on any page, and it lands in your SerpCanvas collection — ready to become part of a visual research canvas. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to your SerpCanvas account and pair the extension once. 2. Select any text on any page — a keyword, a competitor's domain, a phrase worth investigating. 3. The side panel shows your selection. Click "Add root item", or the + button on any row, to file it into a collection. 4. Back on serpcanvas.com, drag a collection branch onto your canvas to turn it into connected research nodes. WHAT YOU GET • Capture without leaving the page — a side panel keeps your collections one click away while you browse. • Automatic type detection — SerpCanvas recognizes keywords and domains from the text you select, and you can switch the type manually at any time. • Nested collections — organize clues into trees that mirror how you think about a topic. • Page URL capture — save the current page URL as an item with one click. • Works with the SerpCanvas canvas — every collection imports into your canvas as connected nodes, so a browsing session becomes a research map. PRIVACY Your research stays yours. • Nothing is uploaded until you click Add. Selecting text only shows it in the side panel. • Password fields are never captured. • The extension sends data only to serpcanvas.com, under your own account. No analytics, no third-party servers, no ads. • Disconnect at any time from the side panel. Removing the extension deletes all of its local data.
