Description
Back up Google Search Console data daily to your own Drive. Keep history beyond 16 months without a hosted GSC Vault database. Keep your Search Console history beyond 16 months. Google Search Console gives you access to up to 16 months of performance data. Once older data ages out, it is no longer available in Search Console. GSC Vault automatically backs up finalized daily data to your own Google Drive, preserving your click, impression, CTR, and average-position history. It turns those backups into a clean, multi-property dashboard so you can see what is growing and what is slipping at a glance. NEW IN 2.5.0: INDEXING ASSISTANT Choose a Search Console property and Sitemap, scan its URLs, and check the indexed version Google currently knows about. The workspace separates URLs that are not indexed, requested, indexed, or blocked by technical issues, then keeps each request and follow-up check organized. For eligible URLs, GSC Vault opens the correct Search Console request flow; you still complete Google's final Request Indexing action yourself. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT 🗄️ Long-term backups — preserve finalized daily Search Console data beyond the 16-month limit. 🔒 Your own Google Drive — backup files stay in storage you control; GSC Vault only accesses the Drive files it creates. 📊 Multi-property dashboard — compare clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position across your Search Console properties in one place. 📉 Spot problems fast — biggest winners and losers, pages losing clicks, CTR issues, and ranking drops are surfaced automatically. 🔍 Drill into the details — per-site trends, top queries and pages, plus a single-page drill-down. 🧭 Indexing Assistant — scan Sitemap URLs, check Google index status, explain technical blockers, and track requests and follow-up checks. ALSO INCLUDED 🔗 Search Console shortcuts — keep GSC Vault within reach while you work, with one-click sync and analysis actions beside Search Console. 🌍 Key dimensions — query, page, country, and device. ⏰ Set-and-forget — a daily sync runs automatically at the time you choose. ⚡ Fast and incremental — only new, finalized days are backed up; data you already have is skipped. 📤 Export anytime — download analysis views as CSV. 🌙 Polished UI — light and dark themes, available in English and Simplified Chinese. PRIVACY FIRST GSC Vault uses read-only Search Console access and Google's drive.file scope, which lets it access only the Drive files it creates or that you explicitly open with it. Search Console performance data is stored in your Drive and cached locally in your browser; it is not sent to GSC Vault servers. Sitemap URLs, page URLs, URL Inspection results, and indexing queues stay in local browser storage and are not written to Drive or sent to a GSC Vault backend. The extension asks for host access only when you choose to read a Sitemap. It sends no site cookies and asks again for cross-origin child Sitemaps. It can prepare and focus Google's Request Indexing control, but you must click the final button yourself; it never bypasses CAPTCHA or quota limits. To retrieve Domain Rating, the extension sends only the normalized site domain to Ahrefs and caches the result locally for 7 days. It never sends Ahrefs your clicks, impressions, queries, pages, Drive files, or OAuth tokens. Anonymous product analytics sends only onboarding, side-panel, sync, and analysis entry events plus a random installation identifier to Google Analytics 4; it never sends site URLs, report contents, Google account data, OAuth tokens, or License Keys.
