View, search and organise bookmarks in a fast visual grid. Instant fuzzy search, folders, dark mode. No account, no tracking. Chrome's bookmark list was designed for fifty bookmarks. Most of us have two thousand. Marka turns that list into something you can actually read: a grid of cards, one per bookmark, each carrying a coloured ribbon and the icon of the site it came from. You recognise things at a glance instead of reading through rows of grey text. And when you know what you want, you don't browse at all — you type. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU GET ◆ A visual grid of every bookmark Cards with site icons, folder labels and the date you saved them. Switch to a compact list whenever you want more on screen. ◆ Search that keeps up with you Fuzzy matching across bookmark titles, website names and folder names. Type "css grid" and the CSS Grid guide comes first, even if that's not what you named it. Results appear as you type — no Enter needed. ◆ A finder on every page Press Ctrl + Shift + K (⌘ + Shift + K on Mac) on any tab and a search box opens right there. Arrow keys to move, Enter to open, Shift + Enter for a new tab. No need to leave what you're reading. ◆ Your folders, exactly as they are Marka reads Chrome's own bookmarks. It doesn't import them, copy them or move them anywhere. Every folder shows up in the sidebar with a live count. Drag a card onto a folder to move it. ◆ Rename, remove, undo Fix a bad title or delete a dead link in one click. Deleted the wrong one? There's an undo button on every removal. ◆ Dark mode that follows your system Or pick light or dark and it stays picked. ◆ Sort it your way Newest first, oldest first, A to Z, or grouped by website. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY, PLAINLY Marka makes no network requests. None. There is no server, no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code of any kind. Your bookmarks are read from Chrome and displayed. They are never copied, uploaded or stored anywhere else. The only thing Marka saves is three settings — your theme, your layout and your sort order — in Chrome's own sync storage. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PERMISSIONS, AND WHY - bookmarks — to read and display your bookmarks, and to rename, move or delete one when you ask - storage — to remember your three preferences - favicon — to show each site's icon from Chrome's local cache - activeTab + scripting — to draw the search overlay on the current page, only when you press the shortcut There is no host permission.
