One click vs 2 minutes of setup! Tip #2: Name Presets Clearly Use descriptive names like "2024_Q4_Client_ABC_PDFs" instead of "preset1" so you can find them quickly. Tip #3: Export Presets as Backup Click "Export Presets" monthly to save your preset library. If you change computers or browsers, simply import them back! Tip #4: Share Presets with Teams Create standardized presets, export, and share the JSON file with teammates. Everyone searches the same way - no training needed! Tip #5: Update Preset Date Ranges Load a preset, adjust the date range for current period, download, then save as new preset (e.g., Q4_2024 becomes Q1_2025). Tip #6: Default to "ALL FOLDERS" Search everywhere including archived emails to ensure you never miss an attachment. Save this in your presets! Tip #7: Combine Multiple Filters in Presets Save presets with sender + file format + size filters for laser-focused results every time. Tip #8: Use Presets for Compliance Create audit-ready presets that include all necessary filters. Run monthly/quarterly for perfect compliance records. Tip #9: Onboard New Team Members Instantly Export your team's preset library and send to new hires. They import it and have all standard searches ready on day one! Tip #10: Create Preset Templates Build general presets like "Last_30_Days_PDFs" that work across different use cases.
