Description
Screenshot, record, annotate, and create share links instantly. QwikCapture is more than a normal screenshot extension. It combines webpage screenshots, short screen recordings, annotation tools, local saving, and share links in one lightweight Chrome extension. Screenshots are great for showing what a page looks like. Recordings are better when you need to show what happened: how a bug was reproduced, where a workflow got stuck, how a button behaved, or what a customer actually saw. QwikCapture adds a focused recording workflow for exactly those moments. Record the current tab or your entire screen, optionally include microphone and system audio, watch the green 30-second progress bar, and stop anytime from the recording control. The short limit keeps recordings practical for support, bug reports, product feedback, and quick team communication. After recording, preview the video, save it locally, or upload it to QwikCapture to create a share page. Uploaded recordings are converted to MP4 on the backend, so the share link opens as a playable video page. Generated video share links and MP4 files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. 🚀 QwikCapture is designed for lightweight, fast sharing. You do not need to manage a video library, build a workspace, or turn every recording into a long-term asset. Capture the key moment, create a link, and move the conversation forward. 🎯 Use QwikCapture for: 🐞 Bug reports with clear reproduction steps. 💬 Product feedback where a screenshot is not enough. 🤝 Support messages that need visual context. ✏️ UI reviews, design notes, and content feedback. 📊 Dashboard, order, article, and admin page sharing. 🎓 Short walkthroughs and quick demos. ✨ Key features: 🎥 Screen recording: record the current tab or full screen. 🎙️ Audio options: include microphone and system audio when available. ⏱️ Recording controls: green 60-second progress bar, automatic stop, and a stop control. 🔗 Video share links: save locally or upload to create a playable recording link. 🎬 MP4 sharing: uploaded recordings are converted to MP4 for the share page. 🕒 24-hour deletion: generated recording links and MP4 files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. ✂️ Area capture: drag to capture any visible region on the page. 🖥️ Visible page capture: capture the current browser viewport. 📄 Full-page capture: automatically scroll and stitch the entire webpage. ✏️ Annotation editor: add text, arrows, rectangles, circles/ovals, brush marks, and mosaic redaction. 🖼️ Screenshot share links: upload a screenshot and get a copyable public link. 📥 Copy or save: copy the final PNG to the clipboard, or download screenshot/recording files. ⌨️ Shortcuts: use screenshot and recording shortcuts, with Chrome shortcut customization support. 🔒 Privacy summary: QwikCapture processes screenshot capture, screen recording, editing, copying, and saving locally by default.
