Record a test in your own browser and save it to a Hawzu test case as scripts and readable steps. Do the test once. Get the steps and scripts. Hawzu Recorder turns a real browser session into a reusable test case. Open a test case in Hawzu, start recording, and perform the test in Chrome. Hawzu captures what you actually did and saves it as: • Readable manual steps • Playwright TypeScript scripts • pytest + Selenium Python scripts • Verified locator candidates Record once. Use it three ways. Your recording is converted into ordinary automation code that you own and can run in your own CI. Hawzu does not run your recorded tests. Built for real test sessions • Clicks, typing, navigation, selections, checkboxes, key presses, uploads, hovers, and assertions • Locators are checked against the live page while you record • Multiple locator candidates are retained for inspection • Sensitive fields can be recorded as environment variables instead of values • Test case codes are carried into generated scripts so CI results can map back to Hawzu Deliberately bounded Hawzu Recorder is currently in beta. It supports desktop Chrome and generates Playwright TypeScript and pytest + Selenium Python scripts. It does not record scrolling, dragging, touch interactions, new tabs or popups, or file contents. No AI is involved in recording or generating the scripts. The recording is deterministic and based on what happened in your browser.
