Multi-pod Kanban dashboard with flow metrics, cycle time analytics, and health charts for Azure DevOps Multi-pod Kanban dashboard for Azure DevOps teams. Track multiple teams from a single Chrome extension. Kanban Manager pulls work items directly from Azure DevOps and gives you a live board with drag-and-drop, real-time flow metrics, and health analytics — no server required. Why install it? If you manage or work in teams using Azure DevOps, you know the built-in dashboards lack flow-focused insights. Kanban Manager fills that gap. See at a glance whether work is flowing or piling up, spot bottlenecks before they become problems, and track team health over time — all from your browser toolbar. What you get: - A full Kanban board with drag-and-drop column transitions - Arrival rate vs throughput charts to see if WIP is growing - Cycle time scatter plots showing how long items take from start to close - Per-person throughput and workload visibility - Health indicators: WIP trend, age distribution, flow efficiency, stale item detection, bug ratio tracking, and throughput predictability - Burndown charts by target PI - Quick-stats popup for a 5-second status check without opening the board - Auto-refresh in the background so data is always current Privacy first: Your PAT and all data stay on your machine. The extension only talks to dev.azure.com — no analytics, no telemetry, no third-party services.
