Detailed description Job Filler autofills job application forms — name, email, phone, address, LinkedIn, GitHub, résumé, and cover letter — from information you enter once in the extension's side panel. Optionally connect your own Job Hunter Suite and/or CV Builder account (each user gets their own private key, no shared credentials) to: - Generate an AI-tailored résumé and cover letter for the job posting on your current tab - Load documents Job Hunter Suite already prepared for that posting - Log applications back to your Job Hunter Suite dashboard automatically All your personal info is stored locally in your browser. It's only sent to a server when you take an action that needs it, and only to the account(s) you've explicitly connected — never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Permission justifications Permission Justification storage Stores the user's own profile fields (name, contact info, résumé/cover letter) locally in the browser so forms can be autofilled without re-entering data every time. activeTab Reads the current tab's URL/content when the user clicks "Detect Job from This Page," to identify the posting to generate or fetch tailored documents for. tabs Tracks which tab a matched job posting belongs to (e.g. when "Apply" opens a new tab) so the toolbar badge and side panel reflect the right job. webNavigation Detects same-tab redirects from a job board's posting page to a third-party application form, so the side panel keeps showing that job's pre-tailored documents across the redirect. clipboardWrite Lets the user copy a generated cover letter or field value with one click, for pasting into forms the extension can't autofill directly. sidePanel The extension's UI lives in Chrome's side panel (not a popup) so it stays open while the user clicks back and forth into the page filling in fields. Host permissions (cv.forwardforecasting.eu, jobs.forwardforecasting.eu, job-suite.forwardforecasting.eu) The user's own optional CV Builder / Job Hunter accounts — called only when the user explicitly connects an account in Integration Settings, authenticated with their own private key. Content script on <all_urls> Job application forms exist across an unpredictable range of company career-page and ATS domains (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn, etc.) that can't be enumerated in advance. The script only reads/writes form fields on the page — it does not collect browsing history or transmit page content anywhere. Data safety disclosure (Privacy practices tab) Collects personally identifiable information: Yes — name, email address, phone number, physical address, uploaded résumé/cover letter files. Purpose: App functionality only. Sold to third parties: No. Shared with third parties: No — only transmitted to the user's own explicitly-connected Job Hunter Suite / CV Builder account.
