Checks what you send to external AI services against your organization's policy — observe, alert, or enforce. VAYON Governance checks what your people send to external AI services against your organization's policy — before it leaves the browser. When someone is about to send a prompt or a file to a listed AI service (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and others), the extension checks it against the policy your organization's VAYON server provides, and acts in the mode your administrator chose: • Observe — records what would happen; blocks nothing. • Alert — warns the user and lets them decide. • Enforce — applies the policy: mask, redirect, or block. Built for organizations, not individuals: • Every setting comes from your organization's VAYON server. There is nothing for the user to configure, and the server address cannot be set by the user. • It acts only on the AI sites your organization lists, and only on what you send — it does not read the pages you browse. • What it checks is sent only to your organization's own VAYON server — never to VAYON the company, to Google, or to anyone else. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. • All code ships inside the package; nothing is loaded remotely. Deployment: the extension is installed and configured by your organization through managed policy, and reaches your VAYON server through a reserved internal name.
