Custom activity replies, keyword replies, and scheduled comments for the TikTok Shop LIVE dashboard. Configure automatic replies and scheduled comments in the TikTok Shop LIVE dashboard. LIVE ACTIVITY REPLIES Customize separate replies for new viewers, new followers, completed payments, and items added to a cart. Enable each activity independently. Activity replies wait at least three seconds and automatically start with the viewer’s display name. Anonymous or aggregated events without a usable name cannot receive a personalized reply. KEYWORD REPLIES Create rules with multiple keywords and one reply per rule. Press Enter to add each keyword. Matching uses case-insensitive text matching, not AI intent recognition. The first matching rule is used. SCHEDULED COMMENTS Configure reusable comments and sending intervals. Optionally pause scheduled comments when viewer comment activity reaches your chosen threshold. Activity and keyword replies are independent of this density setting. LANGUAGES AND REQUIREMENTS Supports English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese based on the TikTok Shop page language, and the two supported LIVE dashboard layouts. Settings can be edited on TikTok Shop pages. Automatic sending requires an open, signed-in LIVE dashboard with an available comment input. Reply bodies support up to 85 JavaScript string characters. The final message, including the @display name, must fit the dashboard’s 100-character limit. Scheduled comments support up to 100 characters. Existing input text and recent manual typing are protected. Background tabs continue scheduling, although browser suspension or throttling can delay processing. DATA HANDLING Settings and custom templates are stored locally in Chrome. To perform the actions you enable, the extension reads relevant LIVE comments, display names, user/message identifiers, and activity types from the dashboard. It also sends extension usage events through the dashboard’s existing TikTok analytics service. These events include configured reply/comment text, keyword rules, sent comment text (which can include a display name), extension version, and current room ID. The extension does not read passwords, payment credentials, or cookies. Use only on a LIVE dashboard you are authorized to manage. Choose appropriate intervals and follow the platform’s rules.
