See your group's trips, auto-confirm bookings, and book matching flights with one click. RouteSync keeps a shared group trip in sync with what everyone has actually booked. Pin the RouteSync toolbar icon to see every upcoming trip — flights, hotels, and cars — grouped by day and color-coded by booking status, so it is obvious at a glance what is still unbooked. When you are ready to book, click an unbooked item. RouteSync opens the vendor's own site and pre-fills the search: airports and dates for a flight, location and check-in/check-out for a hotel. You book on the airline or hotel site exactly as you normally would — RouteSync never enters payment details and never completes a purchase for you. The moment your confirmation page loads, RouteSync reads the confirmation number and flips that item to "booked" for the whole group. No one has to paste a confirmation email into a group chat, and no one double-books a room. A free RouteSync account is required. Sign in through the toolbar popup with the same credentials you use at app.routesync.app.
