Description
Real-time audio compression and normalization for browser content. Consistent levels for streaming platforms. 🎚️Pro Stream Audio normalizes audio levels on individual Chrome tabs in real-time, eliminating volume inconsistencies when streaming web content. HOW IT WORKS Pro Stream Audio uses a three-step workflow: 1. Open a Chrome tab containing the content you want to stream (YouTube video, podcast, web page with audio, etc.) 2. Click the Pro Stream Audio icon on that specific tab and toggle it on. Audio processing is now active for that tab only. 3. In your streaming platform (StreamYard, OBS, etc.), share that Chrome tab. The streaming software will capture the already-normalized audio. When you want to share different content, activate the extension on a new tab and share that tab instead. The extension processes one tab at a time. COMPATIBLE PLATFORMS This extension works with streaming platforms that support Chrome Tab sharing: - StreamYard (Chrome Tab screen share) - OBS Studio (Browser Source or Window Capture) - Restream Studio - vMix (Browser input) - Other browser-based streaming tools that capture Chrome tabs TECHNICAL DETAILS Audio processing features: - Dynamic range compression to even out loud and quiet moments - Adjustable compression settings per tab - Real-time processing with minimal latency - Tab-specific controls - each tab maintains its own settings - Visual level indicators - EQ presets for different content types WORKFLOW Most streaming sites recommends sharing Chrome tabs (rather than entire screen) to avoid audio feedback loops. Pro Stream Audio integrates with this workflow: - Activate the extension on your content tab - In Streaming platform, click Share Screen → Chrome Tab - Select the tab with Pro Stream Audio active - Check the "Share audio" box - StreamYard captures the normalized audio from that tab only USE CASES Common scenarios where Pro Stream Audio helps: - Playing video clips that are significantly louder than your microphone - Sharing podcast episodes that are quieter than other content - Switching between multiple web sources with different audio levels - Streaming music or interviews from browser-based players - Sharing video content without manual volume adjustments SETUP NOTES - Extension activates per-tab, not globally - Switching tabs requires reactivating on the new tab - Works on the tab where you enable it, not on tabs you share into - Best results when used with Chrome Tab sharing (not entire screen sharing) - Settings persist per domain (e.g., all YouTube tabs remember your YouTube settings) PRICING 7-day free trial with full functionality. One-time purchase for lifetime access: $5 during early adopter period (limited time) $10 standard price after 100 installs TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Chrome browser version 90 or higher - Streaming software that supports Chrome Tab capture - Works on Windows, Mac, and Linux - Does not require additional software or virtual audio cables PRIVACY Pro Stream Audio processes audio locally in your browser. No audio data is sent to external servers. The extension only accesses the tab where you explicitly activate it. SUPPORT Questions or technical issues?
