Watch what you're curious about, not the algorithm's dictate. Turns YouTube into a clean search engine: no feed, no Shorts. YouTube opens on a wall of thumbnails somebody else picked for you. CuriousTube replaces that wall with a search bar. The home feed, the sidebar, the "Up next" rail and Shorts are gone. What is left is the part you came for: search, results, and the video itself, over a full-screen wallpaper you choose. You stay signed in and your account is untouched — subscriptions, history and watch progress all keep working. A small dock in the corner keeps. Subscriptions one click away, and a single switch turns everything off when you want plain YouTube back. Nothing is deleted; it is only out of sight. You decide how far it goes: • Comments, description and Shorts — show or hide each one • Grayscale thumbnails, so a bright preview cannot pull you off course; hover over one to bring its colour back • 11 built-in wallpapers or an image of your own, with an optional shuffle that picks a new one every visit CuriousTube asks for a single permission: storage. It makes no network requests, has no server, no account and no analytics, and collects nothing at all. Your settings never leave your browser. Watch what you're curious about, not what the algorithm decided you would click.
