Securely share team 2FA. Auto-fill usernames, passwords, and one-time codes with full audit trails, right from your browser. Authn8 Team Authenticator - Secure Team-Based Two-Factor Authentication Stop screenshotting QR codes to Slack. Authn8 lets your team securely share 2FA accounts with full audit trails, granular permissions, and instant revocation right from your browser. KEY FEATURES: ⚡ Inline Auto-Fill (Usernames, Passwords & Codes) Authn8 adds a quick-fill button right inside login and verification fields, just like a password manager. Click it to pick a matching account, and Authn8 fills the username, password, and one-time code for you. No more copying, tabbing, and pasting. Auto-fill only suggests accounts that match the site you're on, and every password reveal and code generation is logged with who, when, and where. 👥 Team-Based Access Control Share 2FA accounts with specific team members or groups. Assign granular permissions so people only see what they need. Revoke access in seconds when someone leaves — no need to reset 2FA on every account. 🔐 Flexible Sign-In Sign in with your Authn8 credentials, Google account, Microsoft account or your organization's SSO provider (SAML 2.0). All connections are encrypted and tokens are stored securely. 📋 Full Audit Trail Every OTP generation is logged with timestamps, user identity, and device info. Export logs for SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS compliance. 🔍 Quick Search Find any account instantly. Filter by name, issuer, or group across all your shared 2FA accounts. 📱 Cross-Platform Sync Accounts sync automatically across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and this Chrome extension. Add an account anywhere, access it everywhere. 🎨 Modern Design Clean interface with dark mode, smooth animations, and countdown timers so you always know when codes expire. HOW IT WORKS: Sign in with your Authn8 account, Google, or SSO Browse your team's shared 2FA accounts Click the in-field button to auto-fill logins and codes, or open the popup to copy a code manually Every access is logged for your team's audit trail REQUIREMENTS: Active Authn8 account (free plan available at authn8.com) Internet connection for syncing and code generation SECURITY & PRIVACY: AES-256-GCM encryption for all 2FA seeds via AWS KMS HTTPS encryption on all communications Enterprise SSO support (SAML 2.0) Bearer token authentication with automatic refresh Secure token storage using Chrome's storage API Auto-fill is domain-matched and runs only on the top-level page, never inside embedded third-party frames 2FA support for your Authn8 account itself ABOUT AUTHN8: Authn8 is purpose-built for teams that need to share 2FA access securely.
