Immersive web memos with Markdown & Mermaid rendering. Connect to LLMs for quick queries. Capture ideas easily! Tired of constantly switching between web pages and your note-taking app? Wish you could instantly capture ideas, summarize content, or generate diagrams while reading? MooNeigh Memo is an innovative Chrome extension designed to revolutionize how you take notes and interact with information online. We embed powerful note-taking capabilities directly into your browsing experience, eliminating distractions and keeping you focused on the content. What makes MooNeigh Memo unique? Immersive Floating Memos: Create, edit, and drag note cards directly on any webpage. No need to leave your current tab – capture inspiration and record information seamlessly. Powerful Markdown Support: Easily format your notes using familiar Markdown syntax. Supports headings, lists, bold, italics, quotes, code blocks, and more for clear, readable notes. Integrated Mermaid Diagrams: Need to visualize a process or structure? Write Mermaid code directly within your notes to instantly render flowcharts, sequence diagrams, Gantt charts, and more. Perfect for studying, development, and project planning. External AI Service Launcher (Requires User Configuration): Connect to Your LLM: You provide the URL to your preferred Large Language Model (LLM) service in the extension settings. Custom Right-Click Actions: Select any text on a webpage, right-click, and choose a pre-defined or custom-created prompt. MooNeigh Memo will then construct a query using your selected text and prompt template. Launch to LLM in Split View: The constructed query is sent to your configured LLM service by opening its URL in a new browser window, often arranged side-by-side with your current tab for easy reference. This allows you to leverage your AI for actions like "Explain this," "Summarize this," or "Generate a Mermaid flowchart" using your own AI provider. Flexible Export Options: Need to move your notes? Easily export Markdown notes as .md or .html files, and Mermaid diagrams as .mmd (source code) or .svg (vector image) files. Site-Specific Storage: Your notes are automatically saved based on the website domain, allowing you to quickly review them the next time you visit that site. Clean & Simple Interface: Enjoy an intuitive design featuring a draggable global "Add Memo" button and straightforward note management. Why Choose MooNeigh Memo? Boost Productivity: Reduce context switching by seamlessly integrating notes and an AI service launcher into your workflow. Enhance Comprehension: Use your configured AI service to quickly explain or summarize complex content, and visualize information with Mermaid diagrams. Stay Focused: Pin ideas and information directly alongside the relevant web content, never losing a thought again. Highly Customizable: Configure your own LLM service URL and create custom prompts to tailor the AI query launching to your needs. Install MooNeigh Memo today and experience an unparalleled immersive web note-taking and AI-powered information processing workflow! Important Note for AI Features: To use the AI-related features (right-click queries, split-screen view launching your LLM), you MUST configure your own Large Language Model (LLM) service URL in the extension's settings page. This URL should be a service that can accept queries via URL parameters (e.g., https://your-llm-service.com/chat?q=YOUR_QUERY).
