Description
Auto-fill job applications instantly with your Hirenudge profile across the major job boards and applicant tracking systems. Tired of typing your name, email, and phone number into the same boxes for the hundredth time this week? You're not alone. The average job seeker fills out somewhere between 50 and 100 applications before landing an offer, and most of those applications ask for the exact same information - just arranged a little differently each time. HireNudge Job Autofill was built for one simple reason: applying for jobs should take seconds, not hours. HireNudge is a smart autofill assistant that quietly does the boring part of job hunting for you. You set up your profile once, and from then on, the extension recognizes application forms across the web and fills them in for you - name, contact details, work history, education, skills, links, and even your resume and cover letter. No more copy-pasting. No more re-uploading the same PDF on every site. No more losing momentum halfway through a long application form that asks for your entire life story in fifteen separate fields. If you've ever rage-quit an application because the form was just too long, this one's for you. WHAT HIRENUDGE ACTUALLY DOES At its heart, HireNudge is about saving you time and mental energy. Here's what it brings to the table: One-click autofill on real job applications The moment you land on a supported application page, HireNudge detects the form and maps your saved profile to the right fields. It's not just matching field names blindly - it reads the labels, the aria-labels, the placeholder text, the surrounding words on the page, and figures out what each box is actually asking for. That means it works even when a site calls the same thing "Mobile," "Phone Number," or "Contact No." It just gets it. Resume and cover letter uploads, handled Uploading documents is usually the most annoying part of any application. HireNudge stores your resume and cover letter and attaches them automatically, using multiple fallback strategies so it works whether the site uses a standard file input, a drag-and-drop zone, or a custom uploader. You stop hunting through your Downloads folder for "Resume_FINAL_v3_actually_final.pdf." Works across the job boards and ATS platforms you actually use HireNudge works across the major applicant tracking systems and job boards that power hiring at thousands of companies. Rather than relying on a fixed list of sites, its smart field detection reads each form and adapts to it, so it keeps working as sites change their layouts and as you apply in new places. A LinkedIn profile optimizer powered by AI Your LinkedIn profile is often the first thing a recruiter sees, and most people's profiles are just fine. HireNudge analyzes your headline, summary, experience, and skills, then gives you AI-powered suggestions to make each section sharper and more compelling. It scores your profile, shows you a clear before-and-after comparison, and helps you turn a forgettable bio into one that actually gets clicks. Think of it as a second pair of eyes that happens to know what recruiters look for. Save jobs to your tracker as you browse As you come across roles worth applying to, HireNudge lets you save them with a single click. It scrapes the company name, job title, and link from the page, lets you review and correct the details, and stores them to your tracker so you always know where you've applied and what's next. Profile sync that keeps everything in one place Sign in once with your HireNudge account, and your profile, experience, and settings sync automatically. Set up your details on the web, and the extension picks them up. No re-entering the same information in two places. WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT Let's be honest about what job hunting really feels like. It's repetitive. It's draining. And the worst part is that the tedious work - the form-filling - has nothing to do with whether you're actually a good fit for the role. You could be the perfect candidate and still burn an hour a day just on data entry. HireNudge gives that hour back to you. Apply to more jobs in less time When each application takes thirty seconds instead of fifteen minutes, the math changes completely. People who use autofill tools apply to noticeably more roles - and more applications, generally speaking, means more interviews. You're playing a numbers game whether you like it or not, so you might as well speed up the part that doesn't require thought. Save your energy for what matters Tailoring your cover letter, researching the company, prepping for interviews - that's where your attention actually pays off. Let HireNudge handle the mechanical stuff so you arrive at the meaningful work with energy left in the tank. Fewer mistakes, less frustration Typing the same details over and over is how typos happen - a wrong digit in your phone number, an old email address, a misspelled company name. HireNudge pulls from one consistent source of truth, so your applications stay accurate every single time. Keep your momentum Job hunting is a marathon, and nothing kills motivation like a soul-crushing form on application number forty. By removing the friction, HireNudge helps you stay in the flow and keep moving forward, even on the days when you'd rather not. HOW IT WORKS (THE 60-SECOND VERSION) Getting started is genuinely quick: Install HireNudge from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar. Open the settings page and fill in your profile - name, contact info, work history, education, skills, and links. Upload your resume and cover letter while you're there. Sign in to your HireNudge account to sync everything (optional, but recommended). Head to any supported job site, open an application, and let HireNudge fill it in. Review, tweak anything you'd like, and submit. That's it. You set it up once, and it pays you back on every application after that. BUILT WITH YOUR PRIVACY IN MIND We know that handing your personal details to a browser extension requires trust, so here's how HireNudge treats your data: Your profile lives locally Your profile information and uploaded documents are stored in your browser's local storage. Your resume doesn't get scattered across the internet - it stays with you and is used only to fill the forms you choose to fill. You're always in control HireNudge fills forms; it doesn't submit them. Nothing gets sent to an employer without you reviewing it and clicking the button yourself. You can toggle autofill on or off whenever you like, and you can edit or clear your saved data at any time. Minimal permissions The extension only requests the permissions it genuinely needs to do its job - storage to keep your profile on your device, and a connection to the HireNudge backend to sync your profile and route optional AI suggestions. It's not lurking on pages it has no business being on. Secure account sync When you sign in, your account connection is authenticated through a secure token. AI features route through an authenticated backend, so you don't have to juggle API keys or worry about your data leaking through a third party. WHO HIRENUDGE IS FOR New grads and early-career applicants You're applying everywhere, casting a wide net, and every site wants the same information formatted differently. HireNudge makes that volume manageable so you can apply broadly without burning out. Experienced professionals making a move You've got a deep work history that takes forever to re-enter every time. Set it up once and never type out your last five roles again. Career switchers and active searchers When you're applying to a lot of roles across different industries, speed and consistency matter. HireNudge keeps your applications polished and uniform no matter how many you send. Anyone tired of the application grind If filling out forms is the part of job hunting you dread most, this extension exists specifically to take that off your plate. THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE Smart field detection that adapts to how each site labels its forms, instead of breaking the moment a website does something slightly unusual. Support for tricky inputs like dropdowns, radio buttons, and multi-part fields - not just simple text boxes. Multiple upload strategies so your documents attach reliably across different form technologies. A clean, no-clutter settings page where your whole profile lives in one organized spot. Regular support for the platforms job seekers actually use, with the major applicant tracking systems covered out of the box. A FEW HONEST EXPECTATIONS HireNudge is a powerful assistant, but it's a teammate, not a replacement for your judgment. Job application forms vary enormously - some are simple, some are genuinely strange - and while HireNudge handles the vast majority beautifully, you should always give a form a quick review before submitting. Treat it like spellcheck: it does the heavy lifting and catches the obvious stuff, but you're still the one signing off. The good news is that even with a quick review, you're still saving the overwhelming majority of the time you'd otherwise spend. We're also constantly improving field detection and adding support for more platforms. If you hit a site where something doesn't fill quite right, that feedback genuinely helps us make the tool better for everyone. STOP TYPING. START APPLYING. Every minute you spend re-entering your phone number is a minute you're not spending preparing for the interview that lands you the job. HireNudge takes the most tedious, repetitive, soul-draining part of the job search and makes it disappear - so you can focus on the parts that actually move the needle. Set up your profile once. Apply everywhere in a fraction of the time. Keep your momentum, protect your energy, and give yourself the best shot at every opportunity. Install HireNudge Job Autofill today and turn the worst part of job hunting into the easiest. Your next role is out there. Spend your time chasing it - not filling out forms.
