Live meeting copilot: live transcript, answers from your Qorelo knowledge base, and requirement capture for Meet and Teams. Qorelo Meeting Copilot brings your Qorelo workspace into Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings — as a side panel right next to the call. WHAT IT DOES • Detects the meeting in your active tab and invites the Qorelo Assistant bot with one click, the bot joins visibly and captures the conversation • Live meeting awareness: ask questions and get answers grounded in your organization's Qorelo knowledge base, with the ongoing meeting as context • Detected questions from the conversation surface as tap-to-answer chips • Capture key statements as requirement cards in Qorelo without leaving the call • After the meeting, the full transcript and an AI summary land in your Qorelo workspace HOW IT WORKS The extension is a companion to the Qorelo platform and requires a Qorelo account. It only activates on meeting pages (meet.google.com, teams.live.com, teams.microsoft.com) — it has no access to other tabs or your browsing history. A visible bot participant joins the meeting to capture audio captions; meeting hosts admit it from the lobby, so participants always see that capture is running. DATA & PRIVACY • Sign-in credentials are used only to authenticate against your organization's Qorelo backend • Meeting transcripts and chat messages are processed by your Qorelo workspace, not sold or shared with third parties • Your sign-in session is kept in memory only: after fully closing the browser, you sign in again by design Qorelo is an AI-powered platform for SAP implementation teams: it turns meetings, documents and workshops into structured requirements, fit-gap analyses and process documentation.
