Save text and page URLs instantly in a lightweight side-panel memo app. QUICK MEMO is a lightweight Chrome extension for saving text and URLs that you may need later. Store useful text, product comparisons, prompts, and small work notes in Chrome's Side Panel without opening a separate notes app. Main features: - Save memos while keeping the current page open - Add the current page title and URL to a memo - Organize memos into folders - Assign a color to each folder - Browse recent, uncategorized, and folder-specific tabs - Copy, edit, and delete memos - Expand long memos when needed - FREE plan: store up to 5,000 characters - PRO plan: store up to 20,000 characters - Optional encrypted sync across computers for PRO users Recommended for: - Saving text that may be useful later - Keeping reusable prompts and reply drafts nearby - Organizing product research inside the browser - Storing information that does not require a full notes app Privacy: Memos, folders, URLs, and page titles are normally stored in chrome.storage.local within the current Chrome profile. QUICK MEMO reads the current page title and URL only when the user selects "Add current page URL." PRO sync is OFF by default. When enabled by the user, memo data is encrypted on the device with AES-GCM before being saved through Chrome Sync. The sync password is not transmitted or stored. Only a derived key is stored locally on each authorized computer. QUICK MEMO does not use advertising trackers or usage analytics. ExtensionPay checks purchase status and Stripe processes payments. QUICK MEMO never accesses or stores card details. How to use: 1. Select the QUICK MEMO toolbar icon. 2. The Side Panel opens. 3. Enter the text you want to save. 4. Optionally select "Add current page URL." 5. Choose a folder and save the memo.
