Description
Extract emails and phone numbers with confidence scoring, smart normalization, and session capture. ContactHarvest — Email & Phone Extractor by NameToProfile helps you find email addresses and phone numbers from web pages quickly, cleanly, and privately. Whether you are reviewing contact pages, researching businesses, checking directories, collecting public contact information, or building outreach lists, ContactHarvest scans the page you are viewing and organizes discovered emails and phone numbers into a simple, export-ready list. Extract emails and phone numbers from web pages Open a page, click the ContactHarvest icon, and instantly view the contacts found on that page. ContactHarvest detects email addresses and phone numbers from visible page text, contact links, structured data, page attributes, and common obfuscated formats. Phone numbers can be displayed in normalized E.164 format when available. Built for cleaner contact extraction ContactHarvest is more than a basic email extractor. It helps you understand the quality of each result with confidence indicators: High confidence contacts are usually found in strong sources such as mailto links, tel links, schema markup, or multiple reliable signals. Medium confidence contacts are validated or found in structured contexts. Low confidence contacts are still shown, but marked for review when they come from weaker page-text matches or suspicious number patterns. Highlight, copy, and export contacts ContactHarvest gives you practical tools for working with discovered contacts: View emails, phone numbers, and matched email-phone pairs Highlight found contacts directly on the page Copy emails or phone numbers to your clipboard Export contacts as CSV, XLSX, JSON, or TXT Copy paired email and phone results Re-scan dynamic pages when contacts load after the page opens Advanced workflows for larger contact research For larger research tasks, ContactHarvest supports premium workflows: Capture mode — browse normally while ContactHarvest accumulates contacts across multiple pages Sessions — save and revisit completed capture sessions Crawl — scan pages from a website automatically with depth, page limit, delay, and safe-mode controls Bulk extraction — process a list of URLs and export combined results These tools are useful for reviewing business directories, contact pages, customer lists, event directories, and research targets across multiple pages. Filtering and customization ContactHarvest includes settings to control what gets extracted and displayed: Extract emails, phone numbers, or both Filter by confidence level Filter role-based emails such as info@, sales@, support@, and noreply@ Choose phone display format Show or hide the toolbar contact count Enable auto-highlight when opening the popup Choose light, dark, or auto theme Premium users can also use site blacklists, email allow/block filters, email pattern filters, and phone country filters to reduce noise and focus on the contacts that matter most. Local-first privacy ContactHarvest is built with privacy in mind. Extracted emails, phone numbers, page URLs, and page content stay in your browser. Contacts are stored locally using Chrome storage. The extension contacts NameToProfile only to validate your API key and refresh your credit balance; extracted contact data is not uploaded to NameToProfile.
