The popup labels these "Gmail proxy" so you can tell them apart from real opens. • Apple Mail Privacy Protection (iOS 15+ Mail) pre-fetches all images, which can inflate open counts for Mail-app recipients. We filter known proxy patterns to minimize this. • If multiple recipients all use the same email provider in the same office network, our (IP-hash, OS) grouping may merge them into one opener row.
