Planning, Engineered. SprintCraft is a sophisticated browser extension-based planning suite designed to automate the chaos of sprint scheduling. It transforms raw configuration rules into conflict-free, production-ready calendars. Unlike generic calendar tools, SprintCraft understands the nuances of software development lifecycles—sprints, ceremonies, maintenance windows, and global holidays. v0.2.9 - Strategic Planning & Intelligent Timeline Upgrade 🧠 Advanced Business Intelligence Smart Capacity Metrics: Implementation of a robust business day calculation engine that automatically excludes weekends, local holidays, and Global Holidays from all timeline views and exports. Multi-Year Coherency: The scheduling engine now intelligently handles cross-year transitions (e.g., 2026-2027), automatically expanding timelines and resolving date logic for long-running projects. 📊 Strategic Visualization Macro-Level Matrix: Introduced a Yearly Grid System that provides an instant visual health-check of your schedule, flagging coverage gaps and sprint overlaps in real-time. Executive Reporting: HTML and Excel exports have been re-engineered to include high-fidelity Summary Dashboards that mirror the application's timeline, tailored with your custom project nomenclature. 🎨 Premium UX & Workflow Harmonized Design: A refined visual interface utilizing softer, professional color palettes and improved contrast for a superior planning experience. Reactive Configuration: The new Split-View Interface features a sticky timeline that updates instantly as you modify rules, providing immediate visual feedback on schedule impact. v0.2.8 - Operational Flexibility & Data Governance 🏗️ Dynamic Structural Taxonomy (Custom "Type" Field) Agnostic Workflow Support: Transitioned from a fixed "Sprint" nomenclature to a user-definable terminology system. System-Wide Adaptability: Dynamically updates the global interface—generators, navigation, rules, and export headers—to reflect your specific framework (e.g., Releases, Maintenance Cycles, Product Sprints). High-Intensity Stakeholder Orchestration Compact Attendee Visualization: Refactored recipient management into a high-density "chip" architecture, optimizing screen real estate for complex planning. Cross-Rule Synchronization: Introduced Copy/Paste intelligence, allowing operators to instantaneously propagate attendee lists from one ceremony rule to another, eliminating redundant data entry. 🌎 Universal Holiday Governance Bi-Directional Data Mobility: Implemented granular Export/Import capabilities for both Local (Project) and Global non-working days. Standardized JSON Protocol: Integrated a built-in JSON specification bridge to facilitate seamless bulk uploads and cross-team synchronization of holiday schedules. 📧 Enterprise-Grade Interoperability Rich Metadata Integration: ICS exports now include integrated Attendee support and Stable UIDs, ensuring conflict-free updates and executive-level fidelity when interfacing with Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar. v0.2.7 - Recurring Rules Enhancement 🔄 Enhanced Scheduling Recurring Constraints: Added support for defining "Stop Conditions" for recurring events (e.g., Daily Stand-ups). Sprint-Bounded Rules: Daily and Weekly rules anchored to a sprint now automatically respect the sprint end date by default, preventing infinite recurrence. Template Config: Updated Sprint Templates to support explicit end conditions (Sprint End, Count, etc.).
