Mail2Follow - Gmail follow-up tracking with AI

Description

Sent a proposal? An invoice? AI reads the context and suggests the perfect follow-up. Never miss an important email. The smartest way to track emails and manage follow-ups in Gmail. Now easily powered by AI. Freelancers, consultants, and small businesses lose revenue every month simply because they forget to follow up on proposals, quotes, and invoices. The opportunities people are missing: ➤ The invoice that gets paid 45 days late (or never) ➤ The proposal that loses to a competitor who followed up first ➤ The job application that got buried under 200 others ➤ The meeting request that was "going to reply later" and never did The difference between getting a yes and getting ghosted is almost never the quality of your email. It's whether you followed up, and if you did at the right time. Mail2Follow lives inside your Gmail and makes sure that moment doesn't pass. HOW IT WORKS 1️⃣ Send your email as you normally do 2️⃣ Click "Track", one button, right in Gmail 3️⃣ AI reads your email and figures out what kind of message it is (invoice? pitch? proposal? job application?) and sets the right follow-up window automatically 4️⃣ If they don't reply in time, you get a reminder with an AI-drafted follow-up based on your original email: edit if you want, send in one click without leaving the extension 5️⃣ If they reply, the follow-up is resolved automatically: no noise, no clutter Need to revisit a thread weeks later? Re-track it in one click and the timing resets. Want to add private context (deal size, last call notes, the prospect's objection)? Attach a Note to any tracked thread, visible only to you. THE REAL COST OF NOT FOLLOWING UP Studies show that 80% of deals require at least one follow-up, but 44% of people give up after the first email. That's not a productivity problem: it's lost revenue. 🔵 Every invoice you don't chase is money sitting in someone else's account. 🔵 Every proposal without a follow-up is a client choosing your competitor. 🔵 Every application left hanging is a job that went to someone who showed up twice. Mail2Follow increases your conversion right away. WHO IS THIS FOR → Freelancers and agencies: stop chasing invoices 60 days late. Follow up at day 5 with an AI-assisted text, and get paid on time. → Sales individuals or teams: close more deals by being the one who follows up easily with AI support, while competitors forget. → Founders: every partnership email, every investor update, every vendor negotiation. None slip through. → Job seekers: stand out from 200 applicants by following up at exactly the right moment with the right text. → Consultants: proposals, SOWs, meeting requests. Know the second something needs attention. → Anyone who sends emails that need a reply and can't afford silence. HERE'S EXACTLY HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA We built Mail2Follow with a strict privacy-first approach. No exceptions. ✅ MINIMAL DATA, BY DESIGN We store only what's needed to power your reminders: email subject, recipient, send date, and a short encrypted preview of the email body (first 400 characters, used only to regenerate follow-up drafts). We never store the full email body. All personal data is encrypted at rest. ✅ AI PROCESSING WITHOUT FULL STORAGE When you click Track, the subject and body of that specific email are sent to Anthropic's Claude and Google Gemini APIs to classify the email type and generate follow-up drafts. Neither provider uses API inputs to train their models. Only a short encrypted preview (400 chars) is stored — the full body is discarded immediately. ✅ WE ONLY SEE WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO TRACK Mail2Follow never scans your inbox, never reads emails you haven't selected, and never runs silently in the background. It only acts on emails where you explicitly click "Track". ✅ GOOGLE-VERIFIED SECURITY All authentication uses Google's official OAuth system. We never see or store your Google password. ✅ NO DATA SELLING. NO DATA SHARING. PERIOD. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We don't monetize your information in any way. ✅ YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Disconnect anytime. Uninstall the extension and revoke access from your Google account settings — done.
