Detect, verify, and embed openOM data in commercial-real-estate offering-memorandum PDFs. openOM makes the data inside a commercial real estate offering memorandum machine-readable and verifiable - without changing how the PDF looks. For anyone receiving OMs (consumer mode): open a PDF and openOM detects an embedded, broker-asserted data payload, re-fetches the bytes to verify it's unaltered (hash-verified), and shows an honest badge - price, cap rate, NOI, tenant, rent schedule - in seconds. Push it to your CRM with a signed webhook. Optionally badge openOM links as you browse. For brokers publishing OMs (author mode): capture your OM, review every field with its evidence, then Assert & Embed. The output PDF is visually identical; the machine-readable data rides inside. Handles permission-encrypted OMs by decrypting in-browser first. Deterministic and local-first. No data is sent to us. Any AI assistance (author pre-fill) runs on-device only. "Verified" means provenance - who asserted the data, unaltered, as of when - never a claim that the figures are true.
