Clipy: Agent-Native Screen Recorder for AI Agents

Description

The agent-native screen recorder. Record any tab, window, or webcam; every clip gets an AI summary, transcript, and key moments. Clipy is the agent-readable screen recorder. Record any tab, window, full screen, or webcam in Chrome and you get one link that works two ways: a teammate watches the video, and their AI agent reads the same link — the summary, the exact moments you clicked and pointed at, and the timestamped transcript. Then it can act on what it read. Instead of sending a raw recording nobody has time to watch, every Clipy recording becomes structured evidence: a hosted video page, an AI summary, key moments with frames and click coordinates, and a full transcript. Humans skim it. Agents parse it. Nobody sits through fourteen minutes to find the one thing that broke. Clipy is also a free Loom alternative and Loom video downloader. Record like Loom, download your Loom videos, and move your library to clipy.online. No watermark, no credit card, no sign-up required for viewers, unlimited recordings. ──────────────── RECORD ONCE — FOR HUMANS AND AGENTS ──────────────── • One link, two readers: your teammate watches the video, their AI agent reads the recording • AI summaries, so anyone (or anything) knows what happened before pressing play • Timestamped transcripts that make recordings searchable and easy to hand to an AI workflow • Key moments that capture the important clicks, the cursor path, and what the speaker pointed at • Install the Clipy skill once, paste a normal Clipy link into your agent, and it pulls the recording context automatically — no long prompt, no copy-pasting transcripts • MCP is available for authenticated access to your private library • Agent access follows the same rules as the video page: if a person can't watch it, an agent can't read it (Agent surfaces are served by clipy.online, not by the extension. The extension records and uploads; the link does the rest.) ──────────────── WHAT YOU CAN RECORD ──────────────── • Capture your full screen, a single Chrome tab, an app window • Add your microphone, the tab's audio, or system audio to any recording • Drop a draggable webcam bubble in any shape — circle, pill, • Draw arrows, highlights, and text on the page while you record • Blur sensitive areas with a single brush stroke • Highlight clicks and cursor movement for clearer walkthroughs • Pause and resume without losing your place • Take one-click screenshots of the current tab • Get a hosted share link copied to your clipboard the moment ──────────────── SWITCH FROM LOOM · FREE LOOM MIGRATION ──────────────── • Free Loom alternative — record, stop, share an instant hosteermark, no credit card. • Loom video downloader — paste any public Loom share link at clipy.online and get a clean MP4. • Batch Loom migration — bulk-download up to 20 public Loom li whole library in one pass. • Re-host every downloaded Loom video free on clipy.online with a fast public-by-link share URL. • Free Loom-to-GIF and Loom-to-MP3 converters too. (The Loom downloader and batch migration run on clipy.online. 's authentication — private or password-protected Loom videosmust be made shareable first.) ──────────────── WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR ──────────────── • Bug reports your coding agent can actually fix — it reads the transcript, the clicks, and the moment it broke • Product walkthroughs your team can skim before they watch • Support replies that beat typing out long instructions • Design reviews with the annotations baked in • Engineering handoffs with timestamps and key moments • Founder, PM, and team updates that replace a meeting ──────────────── PRIVACY & DATA ──────────────── • Recordings are uploaded only to clipy.online for hosting and • Agent-readable surfaces follow the same access rules as the video page — sharing a link with an agent is sharing it with a person • Viewers do not need to sign in to watch shared videos • You can delete your recordings from clipy.online at any time • We do not sell or share data with advertisers • Full policy: clipy.online/privacy ──────────────── PRICING ──────────────── Clipy is free: unlimited recordings, no watermark, no credit card.
