Works seamlessly for sale and rent listings on Rightmove. Features: - For Sale Listings: Automatically calculates and displays estimated monthly mortgage payments and affordability ratings. - For Rent Listings: Also displays additional income needed for out of range properties. - Custom Filters: Easily display or hide listings by affordability category. How It Works: Input your salary, deposit, interest rate and repayment term, and let the extension do the rest. For joint applicants, simply fill in the "Applicant 2" fields.
