Freight broker tools for Truckstop.com — search loads, manage carriers, get AI-powered answers with Ask Pat, and more. Truckstop.com Broker Assistant is a free Chrome and Edge side panel for freight brokers that brings the Truckstop.com tools you use every day (load posting, carrier sourcing, market intelligence, alerts, and an AI co-pilot) into the workflow you already live in — including your inbox. Vet carriers, check rates, and post loads without leaving Gmail or Outlook. No IT project. No implementation timeline. Sign in with your Truckstop.com credentials and you're live in minutes. WHAT YOU CAN DO POST LOADS IN SECONDS — Use Quick Load Post for rapid entry or Standard Load Post for the full form; both post to the same place. One-click Boost pushes your load higher in carrier search results for extra exposure. Post privately to certified carriers, share with your My Network connections, or open it up to the full board. MANAGE YOUR POSTED LOADS — Load Manager lets you review, edit, and manage posted loads without opening the Truckstop.com platform in another tab. MARKET CONDITIONS — One-click access to Truckstop.com's live freight market dashboard: supply, demand, and rate trends across the network. INDUSTRY ALERTS — Stay ahead of phishing campaigns, fraud schemes, and identity theft attempts. Broker Assistant pulls Truckstop.com's official Industry Alerts feed and presents it in clean, scannable cards with full details and cross-page search. RATE A BROKER / REPORT A CARRIER — Submit complaints through Truckstop.com's official reporting workflows. Quick access to non-payment, slow-pay, double-brokering, fraud, and carrier performance forms helps protect the rest of the freight community from bad actors. ASK PAT — YOUR AI CO-PILOT, BUILT IN — Ask Pat understands plain English and is built right into the side panel. It can: — Answer freight questions on the fly: quick replies by default, or tap Detailed for a full breakdown with tables and examples — Post a load: say "Post a van load from Dallas TX to Chicago IL at $2,850" and Pat opens Quick Load Post with the fields filled in — Find carriers in a lane: say "Find carriers near Atlanta GA" and Pat opens Carrier Sourcing pre-filled and runs the search (Premium subscription required) — Check a carrier's risk: say "Check risk for MC 123456" or paste a DOT/MC number, and Pat opens Risk Factors with the analysis already running Your last 20 conversations are saved on the welcome screen so you can scroll back anytime. History stays on your computer, and nothing is shared with outside companies. PREMIUM TOOLS (subscription required) If your Truckstop.com account already includes these entitlements, they light up inside the side panel. RISK FACTORS — Vet carriers instantly. Highlight a DOT or MC number anywhere on the web, right-click, and choose "Send to Broker Assistant" for instant Risk Factor analysis with fraud and compliance signals. You can also paste a number straight into Ask Pat. Risk reports are split into three clean sub-tabs: Summary (overall risk score and contact info), Risk Indicators (a plain-English breakdown of what's risky), and Carrier Details (phones, emails, addresses, IPs, and VINs). RATE INSIGHTS — See live lane rates, negotiation power, and a 4-week outlook before you set your price. The Rate Insights card shows the average market rate, a 7-day trend sparkline, and a predicted rate for your specific load along with a confidence score. Everything auto-fetches as you fill out the load form, so you can price with confidence in seconds. CARRIER SOURCING — Carrier Sourcing ranks carriers by how active they've been on your specific lane over the last 7 and 30 days (both posting trucks and searching for loads), so you're calling the people most likely to say yes. One-click hand-off to a risk check on any carrier without leaving the panel. CREDIT ALERTS — Stay ahead of carrier and broker credit issues. Alerts surface inside the side panel with full details and cross-page search. Click through from any alert to send the carrier's MC/DOT straight to Risk Factors with the analysis already running. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK — Light, dark, and auto themes for late-night dispatching — Drag and drop tiles to reorder the side panel however you like; your layout is saved automatically — Right-click "Send to Broker Assistant" works on any webpage, so you can vet carriers from emails, load boards, or anywhere a DOT/MC number appears — Single sign-on with your existing Truckstop.com account WHO IT'S FOR Freight brokers and dispatchers with an active Truckstop.com Broker or Combo account who want to spend less time clicking around and more time moving freight.
