Automate broker emails on DAT One & Sylectus — auto-bid new loads, filter the board, and book faster. LoadCompanion is a Chrome extension for trucking carriers and dispatchers. It sits on top of DAT One, and Sylectus (more load boards coming) and cuts the busywork out of finding and booking loads. ⚡ NEW: Auto-Bid emails — with control modes Set a rule — like rate ≥ $2.50/mi — and LoadCompanion emails brokers about new matching loads automatically, through your own Gmail or Outlook account. Unlike fire-and-forget auto-emailers, you decide how much control to keep: Review queue holds every email for your one-click approval, or Hands-free sends the moment a match appears. Either way, you're first in the broker's inbox — even while you're on a call, driving, or watching a different search. 🎯 NEW: Advanced Filters Stop scrolling past junk. Color-highlight loads that match your rules, and hide what you'll never book — filter by destination state, company, minimum credit score, max days-to-pay, posting age, or keyword. Collapse duplicate postings, hide loads without contact info, and get a chime or notification when a new load matches while you're in another tab. 📲 NEW: Telegram notifications Get pinged on your phone the moment something happens — a new load matches your rules, an auto-bid email goes out, or one is waiting in your review queue. Leave the board running and step away — you don't have to be glued to the screen to be first to know. Works while LoadCompanion is running in your browser. ✉️ One-click booking emails Send a booking request straight from the load board — or directly from broker comments — with one click. Send from any of your Gmail or Outlook addresses. No copy-pasting, no switching tabs. 📝 Built-in email editor and unlimited templates Adjust your message before it goes out — rate, equipment, notes — without leaving the board. Save unlimited templates, tweak per load. 🗺️ Know the load before you commit Instant RPM on every load, plus real routing miles including deadhead — not straight-line guesses. Every posting gets a load map and 5-day weather along the route, so you can judge the lane, not just the rate. 📞 Small things that add up Click-to-call broker numbers. One-click copy of full load details. Everything designed to shave seconds off the hundred times a day you do it. 🚀 Setup in under a minute Install, connect your email, set your rules, and you're bidding. Free trial, cancel anytime.
