AI-powered veterinary assistant with side panel access VetGenius is an AI-powered veterinary assistant designed for veterinary professionals. The Chrome extension keeps VetGenius available in a convenient side panel while you work. It helps authorised users: • record and transcribe veterinary consultations; • organise consultation information in a clear timeline; • generate structured consultation summaries and reports; • review previous sessions and reports; • transfer relevant information into supported veterinary workflows. Observer Mode is an optional feature for specifically authorised users. It can analyse consultation audio and periodically capture content from the currently visible browser tab to provide contextual assistance. Observer Mode remains off until the user receives a prominent disclosure and gives explicit consent. A visible indicator shows when it is active, and it can be stopped at any time. The extension is publicly available for installation, but VetGenius is not an open-access service and does not offer public self-registration. Access is limited to authorised employees of participating organisations under contract with VetGenius. Users can sign in only with an email address that has been approved for their organisation. Data is processed securely to deliver the requested service. VetGenius does not use customer data to train third-party AI models. Further details are available in our privacy policy.
