Shows the customer's call briefing while the agent is on the call: pain point, doubts, risks and what to do next. Freed Call Analysis shows a debt-resolution agent what they need to know about the customer they are speaking to, without leaving the page they are working in. When an agent opens a customer file, a small panel appears with a briefing built from that customer's previous calls: • the customer's situation in one line • their main pain point and why they took the loans • doubts and objections they have already raised • risks that could lose the deal • what to do next on this call • a short recap of what has happened so far The panel can be dragged anywhere on screen and minimised to a single bar while the agent works. It follows the agent automatically as they move between customers, so the briefing always matches whoever is on the line. This is an internal tool for Freed staff. It requires an API key issued by Freed and a connection from a Freed office network. It does not work without both.
