FlashApply — Job Auto Apply & AI Autofill

Description

AI-powered LinkedIn job matching with local scoring via Gemini Nano or HuggingFace agent. FlashApply — Job Auto Apply & AI Autofill FlashApply is an intelligent job application copilot that automates and accelerates your job search across LinkedIn® and top external job boards. Designed for speed and precision, FlashApply acts as a bridge between your professional profile and complex application forms, using a Multi-Provider AI Engine to score jobs, draft answers, and autofill applications with unparalleled accuracy. Whether you are mass-applying via LinkedIn Easy Apply or tackling deep questionnaires on external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), FlashApply removes the repetitive data entry from your job hunt so you can focus on landing interviews. 🚀 How it works: Launch the LinkedIn® website. Open the FlashApply extension to activate your AI assistant. (Note: We are constantly improving our UI! In an upcoming update, the extension menu will be moved to a dedicated window for a cleaner browsing experience.) 🚀 Key Features 1. LinkedIn® Easy Apply Autopilot Transform your job search. FlashApply’s Autopilot evaluates job descriptions against your resume, scores the match, and automatically navigates multi-step "Easy Apply" forms. It fills in your data, answers custom questions using AI, and securely submits the application—all while you watch. 2. Comprehensive Job Fit Analysis (Beyond Basic ATS) We go far beyond standard ATS keyword matching. FlashApply runs a comprehensive algorithm that deeply reads both the full job description and your actual real-world experience. It builds a complete picture of your capabilities to evaluate whether you can truly do the work and succeed in the role, rather than just checking to see if you have the right buzzwords. 3. Universal External Apply HUD When jobs link out to external employer sites, FlashApply goes with you. Our proprietary external Heads-Up Display (HUD) seamlessly injects into the page to assist you. Supported Platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Wuzzuf, Bayt, and Indeed. How it works: The HUD scans the page for complex inputs, uses AI to draft tailored answers based on your profile and Q&A bank, and autofills the form. You maintain total control to review the answers and manually click submit. 4. Multi-Provider AI Engine You aren't locked into a single AI. FlashApply allows you to connect top-tier LLMs via OpenRouter. Choose the model that works best for your specific industry to guarantee your application answers are highly contextual, professional, and tailored to the job description. 5. Smart Q&A Memory Bank Tired of answering the same "Why do you want to work here?" question? FlashApply saves your best, successfully deployed answers into a local memory bank, reusing them for future applications to drastically speed up your workflow. 🔥 WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.0.7 (Stability & Flow Update): Application Flow Improvements: • Form Assistance now precisely aligns with the active job tab before initializing. • Single-job processing strictly queues only your current task (preventing accidental multi-submissions). • The HUD now isolates and displays only the active jobs in your current session. • The batch pitch dialog now precisely targets only the roles you explicitly select. Job Matching & Navigation: • Enhanced page-routing reliability for a much smoother browsing experience. • Full job descriptions now synchronize seamlessly when moving between different listings. • Daily analysis limits now properly finish the run and display your personalized results instead of pausing indefinitely. Apply Type Handling: • Added clear "Easy Apply" vs "External Apply" labels on job cards to save you unnecessary clicks. • Intelligent routing now utilizes live page data to guide your application process. • Cleaned up the UI by removing redundant save buttons on job details. UI & Under the Hood: • Fixed pitch dialog UI overflow on smaller screens. • Added a cinematic maintenance screen with optional status messaging. • Upgraded the underlying interaction engine to prioritize standard browser events, providing a much more native, stable, and seamless experience. • Improved error handling for edge cases where a job page fails to load properly before assistance begins. 🔒 Privacy First Your data is yours. FlashApply securely syncs your resume, profile data, and application history using industry-standard Firebase cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless access across your devices. We adhere to strict data protection standards: we do not harvest your data, and we absolutely never sell your personal information or application history.
