It attempts to find images submitted to it on sites like Fur Affinity, Twitter, e621 and more. This extension is part of the larger ecosystem Fluffle supports and simplifies using Fluffle from within your browser. Simply right click on any image and your browser will prompt you with the option to reverse search the image using Fluffle, as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
