Organize, search, map, move, and safely delete ChatGPT conversations. ChatGPT Workspace Manager adds an optional, resizable sidebar to chatgpt.com for organizing and navigating large ChatGPT conversation libraries. The extension presents conversations like files and folders, making it easier to find, organize, rename, move, and delete chats without repeatedly scrolling through the standard ChatGPT sidebar. Main features: - Organize conversations into local and nested folders. - Display ChatGPT Projects as folders with their associated conversations. - Search conversation titles and indexed conversation content. - Create new conversations from the currently selected folder. - Synchronize newly created conversations and their final ChatGPT titles. - Rename conversations, local folders, and supported ChatGPT project folders. - Move one or multiple conversations into a folder or ChatGPT Project. - Delete individual conversations or multiple selected conversations. - Delete empty local folders and supported empty ChatGPT Projects. - Navigate long conversations using tree-map and minimap views. - Export supported conversation maps as SVG files. - Resize the sidebar, position it on either side of the screen, and select a light or dark theme. Extension-managed folders, preferences, and the local search index are stored in the user’s Chrome profile. Clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension may permanently remove extension-managed organization data. The extension works only on chatgpt.com and uses the user’s existing signed-in ChatGPT session. Actions such as moving, renaming, or deleting conversations are initiated by the user. Destructive operations require confirmation. ChatGPT Workspace Manager is an independent extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
