How it works • Open Instagram in Chrome. Stay signed in the way you already are. • Hover any post, Reel, Story, or Highlight for a one-click download. • On a profile, open the panel to back up the entire account: posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, Highlights. • Choose the whole profile, a hand-picked set, a range, or a date window. • Download New on that same profile later — only what is new. • Download by link: paste URLs or upload a TXT or CSV list. • Naming and folders: username, publish date, caption, shortcode, slide number. • JPEG publish-date metadata on photos. • History grouped by Instagram account, • Export CSV and all files to Google Drive. • Restore Download New after a reinstall so the baseline stays with you. What you can save Posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, Highlights, Tagged, Saved, share links, ZIP batches. We never ask for an Instagram password. The extension uses the session already in Chrome.
