Full-text search, unlimited folders, bookmarks, an artifact vault with version history, and one-click export for claude.ai. Claude Toolbox turns claude.ai into something you can actually navigate. Find any answer you have ever been given, file conversations into folders that make sense to you, keep the artifacts worth keeping, and take your work out in a format you can use. Find anything Full-text search across every conversation — titles and message bodies — plus your saved artifacts and bookmarked messages. Narrow it down by date, project, folder, tag, topic or author, or use the query syntax: "exact phrase", -exclude, tag:, folder:, project:, from:human, after:2025-01-01, is:pinned. Results show a highlighted snippet and take you to the exact message. Organise without limits Unlimited folders and subfolders, colour-coded, with drag and drop. Bulk move, archive, rename, tag and delete. Pin what matters. Custom tags, plus an automatic topic guess for every conversation, worked out on your own machine. Keep the good bits Bookmark any message with a label, a note and a colour, then search your bookmarks. Saved artifacts get their own vault: folders, tags, full version history, side-by-side comparison, restore, duplicate and export — and a real preview, where Markdown renders inline and HTML, SVG and React artifacts run live inside a sandboxed frame. Take it with you Export a conversation as Markdown, plain text, JSON or PDF. Export a folder, a Claude project or any selection as a ZIP containing Markdown and JSON copies plus the artifacts they produced. Every message carries copy actions: as Markdown, as plain text, code only, the selection, or everything from there to the end. Handle long conversations A live context-usage meter tells you when a chat is getting long. "Continue in a new chat" builds a context hand-off that fits inside a token budget and drops it into a fresh conversation for you. Word, character and message counts, activity tracking, a recents list, and two-way links between the conversations you decide belong together, alongside similarity suggestions. Get around fast A command palette (Alt+K) reaches every action and searches your conversations as you type. Rebindable keyboard shortcuts, a draggable floating toolbar, light and dark themes that follow Claude, backup and restore to a file, and Chrome sync for your folders, tags, bookmarks and settings. Private by construction No account. No server. No analytics. Your index lives in your own browser, and the extension can read no website other than claude.ai. The only requests it makes go to claude.ai from the tab you already have open, using the session you are already signed in with.
