Automated psychometric scoring and historical tracking for Zanda. Spend less time on clinical admin, and more time with your patients. Zanda Auto-Scorer Pro is a secure, privacy-first productivity tool designed specifically for mental health professionals, psychologists, and clinicians using the Zanda practice management platform. Manually scoring psychometric assessments, cross-referencing severity brackets, and typing out historical tracking tables is tedious and prone to human error. This extension acts as your automated clinical assistant, instantly transforming raw form data into beautifully formatted clinical notes with a single click. 🎯 The Use Case Perfect for high-volume clinics and busy practitioners who regularly administer DASS-21 and K10 assessments. Instead of pulling out a calculator or visually scanning through stacked historical forms, Auto-Scorer Pro does the heavy lifting for you. ✨ Key Benefits Instant Calculation: Accurately calculates totals and assigns clinical severity labels (e.g., "Extremely Severe", "Mild") for both DASS-21 and K10 scales in milliseconds. Longitudinal Tracking: Automatically hunts for past assessment dates and groups them into a chronological, easy-to-read ASCII table so you can track patient progress over time. Smart Extraction: Intelligently handles complex page layouts. It will automatically expand closed forms, detect whether a patient is currently filling out a live form, and even log "Incomplete Forms" (e.g., 3/21 answers) to preserve vital clinical context. 100% Secure & Compliant: Patient privacy is paramount. The extension runs entirely locally inside your browser. No patient data is ever scraped, stored, or transmitted to external servers, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and local data privacy laws. ⚙️ How it Works Open a Patient File: Navigate to any client's forms page in your Zanda portal. Click the Extension: Click the Auto-Scorer Pro icon in your Chrome toolbar and hit "Scan & Copy Note". The Magic Happens: The extension's smart algorithm scans the page, groups answers by proximity, matches them to the correct dates, and runs the math engine. Paste: A perfectly aligned historical tracking table is instantly copied to your clipboard, ready to be pasted directly into your official clinical progress notes.
