Description
See lease years, service charges, price drops & market valuations on every Rightmove listing — right on the search page. Stop clicking into every single listing just to find the important stuff. Property Wizard for Rightmove puts the information that matters directly on the search page — so you can see at a glance which properties are worth your time and which ones to skip. 🔍 WHAT YOU'LL SEE ON EVERY LISTING • Market Valuation — is the asking price above or below what similar nearby properties actually sold for? Colour-coded so deals jump out at you, with a confidence score and the comparable sales behind it. • Price-Drop History — has the price been reduced or increased, and exactly when? Hover the price badge to see the reduction date and a running price timeline that builds privately in your own browser over time. • Listing Age — how long has it been sitting on the market? New listings, stale listings — instantly visible. • Lease Years Remaining — the number buried deep in the listing. Short leases cost tens of thousands to extend. Now you'll know before you click. • Service Charge — the annual cost and monthly breakdown. No more nasty surprises after you've fallen in love with a flat. • Ground Rent — colour-coded, and especially important with escalating ground rent scandals. • EPC Rating — energy efficiency band (A–G), colour-coded. • Council Tax Band — know the ongoing costs upfront. • Square Footage & Price per sqft — compare properties fairly, not just by headline price. • Freehold / Share of Freehold badges — instantly spot the freeholds. 🎨 COLOUR-CODED ALERTS Everything is colour-coded so you can scan a page of 25+ listings in seconds: Green = good (below market, recently listed, long lease, low charges) Grey = neutral Red = warning (above market, short lease, high charges, poor EPC) ⚙️ FULLY CUSTOMISABLE Toggle every feature on or off from the popup. Only want lease info? Turn everything else off. Want the full picture? Turn it all on. Your settings sync across devices. 💡 WHY THIS EXISTS If you've ever spent an entire evening clicking into 50 listings just to check lease lengths and service charges, this is for you. Rightmove shows you a nice photo and a price — but the information that actually determines whether a property is a good buy is hidden away on each individual listing page. This extension brings it all to the surface. 🏠 BUILT FOR BUYERS This isn't a tool for agents or investors running spreadsheets. It's for anyone searching for a home who wants to make better decisions, faster. See the full picture without the endless clicking. ✅ PRIVACY FIRST • All data processing happens in your browser — no property data is ever sent anywhere • Price history is tracked and stored locally on your device only — never uploaded • No analytics, no tracking, no cookies • Only reads publicly available listing data ──────────────────────── Property Wizard for Rightmove is an independent browser extension.
