No account, no server, no sync layer to configure — the bookmark manager you already have does the work. This is a full Manifest V3 rebuild. The thumbnail engine was rewritten from scratch, a dark theme was added, and the old Chrome Apps feature and its sensitive permissions were removed. Dialdeck writes to the bookmark tree instead. Edit a dial here and it changes in the bookmark manager; edit it there and the grid follows.
