Core features include a web DOM parsing algorithm that identifies and extracts key data fields such as review text, rating, date, username, verification status, etc. The extension implements automatic page turning, supports batch crawling of multiple pages of reviews, and can set rating filter conditions, time ranges, and quantity limits. Data export formats include CSV, JSON, and Excel, preserving the complete data hierarchy and relevance. AI analysis results can be exported as a standalone report or exported together with the original data. Data cleaning functions can handle abnormal characters, empty fields, and duplicate content, and support sorting by date, rating, or relevance. Batch processing functions can process reviews of multiple product or service pages at the same time, and merge or group the results for export. The extension supports all Trustpilot subdomains in all regions around the world, including localized versions in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and other regions. All data processing is completed locally to ensure user data security and privacy protection. It is suitable for professional application scenarios such as brand monitoring, competitive product analysis, market research, customer feedback collection and product improvement.
