AI Side Panel for Deal Desk & Sales Ops

Description

Attach the Salesforce, Jira, Gmail and contract tabs a request lives on and ask. No long prompts, no re-explaining the background. The AI Side Panel answers questions using the pages you already have open, so you don't have to rebuild the same context for every request. It sits beside whatever you are working on. Attach the tabs a request lives on: the Salesforce record, the quote in CPQ, the contract, the Jira ticket, the Gmail thread. Then ask in plain language. The answer comes back based on those pages, pointing at the place it came from. No long prompt, no pasted background, no export step. It is built for the people who work a request end to end: Deal Desk and Sales Ops. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the panel next to the page you are on. 2. Attach the tabs that matter to the request, whichever pages those happen to be. 3. Ask. You get the answer and the process guidance in one place, without leaving the tab you are in. WHAT YOU GET • One question that spans CRM, quote, contract, ticket and email, instead of six searches in six tools. • Answers you can check. Each one points back to the place on the page it came from. • The thread or doc you could never have searched for. Ask about the work, not the file name, the ticket key or the query syntax. • Read your Salesforce records from wherever you are, using the session you are already signed in with. No second login, no export. • A panel that asks before it acts. Anything past reading what you attached needs your OK first. WHO IT'S FOR • Deal Desk: work a request end to end without first rebuilding its history out of every system it touched on the way in. • Sales Ops: answer questions about an account, a ticket or a shared doc from whatever tab you are in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your conversations and the contents of your pages are not stored on our servers. They stay on your device. When the panel reads a system you are already signed in to, it uses the session your browser already has, so those credentials never reach us either. We do collect your email domain and anonymized usage statistics, such as which sites the panel gets used on, never what is on your pages. Full detail at https://mineweb.ai/privacy/ GOOD TO KNOW • It works on what you can see: the tab you are on, the tabs you attach, and the services you connect. It does not read the rest of your browsing. • Sign in with a Google account. Free to install and use. • Any Chromium browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave. It does not run on Firefox or Safari. FAQ Q: What does it do? A: It answers questions about the pages you already have open, so a request that spans CRM, contracts, CPQ, tickets and email takes one question instead of six searches. Q: How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude in another tab? A: Those start from nothing every time, so you pay for the answer in prompt writing, pasted background and uploaded files. Here you attach the pages and ask. Q: Does it change anything in my systems? A: Not on its own. Reading what you attached is the default. Anything beyond that, including any change made on your behalf, asks you first, and you can allow it once, allow it always, or refuse. Q: Is my data private? A: Your chats and page contents are not stored on our servers. We collect your email domain and anonymized usage statistics, never page contents. Q: Which browsers are supported? A: Any Chromium-based browser, including Chrome, Edge and Brave. Not Firefox or Safari. Learn more: https://mineweb.ai
